Prices in Euros per apartment for the given number of nights. For packages including skipass the prices are per person: minimum 4 (bilo), 5 (trilo) and 6 (quadrilo). The free stay for children is valid only if the minimum number of adults is reached.

Types of apartments:
- Two-room apartment (1 double room, kitchen with sofabed and bathroom) for 4 people
- Three-room apartment (1 double room, 1 room with bunk bed, kitchen with sofabed and 1 bathroom) for 5 people
- Four-room apartment ( 3 double rooms, kitchen with sofabed, 2 bathrooms) for 6 people. The four-room apartments are ony available in Residence Piz Aot.
Check in:
The apartment will be available in the early afternoon, from 15.00. Upon arrival will be requested the total amount of the apartment.
Check out:
By 10.00 on the day of departure.
Length of stay:
A minimum of the one week, from Saturday to Saturday.
Collection of keys:
The keys are to be collected at the Monte Giner Active Hotel reception in Via 4 Novembre, 72 in Mezzana.
The price included:
-rent of apartment
-consumption of water, gas, electricity and heating
-linen and towels changed midweek towel
-parking space per apartment
The price don't incleded:
Each person accommodated in most Euro 40.00 per week.
Compulsory final cleaning: Euro 42,00 for 2-room flat, Euro 45,00 for 3-room flat, Euro 55,00 for 4-room flat.
Excluding kitchenette, refrigerator and dishes to be left clean by the customer. (otherwise, are counted as additional Euro 70.00 per apartment).
Supplements:
Rental bed for newborn Euro 20,00 per week.
Booking:
The apartment is considered as reserved only upon the payment of a deposit ao Euro 250,00. The deposit must be paid within 7 days from confirmation of the booking. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the booking.
Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation by the customer, the full amount of the deposit will be retained.
Delay in arrival/ early departure:
In the event of dalay in arrival or early departure, the cost of the booked holiday will be charged in full.
Pets:
Medium and small-size pets are admitted in both Residences.The apartments must only be occupied by a number of people corresponding to the number of beds available.

Early booking:
10% discount for bookings confirmed before 30.04.2012, valid only for week packages and not to benefit with other offers or discounts.
Long stay:
15% discount for two week stays, 20% discount for three week stays.
Compulsory final cleanings:
2-room ap. 42,00 Euros
3-room ap. 45,00 Euros
4-room ap. 55,00 Euros
Cooking area, fridge and cooking equipment shall be cleaned by the guest (otherwise you will be required to pay 70,00 Euros extra).
2-room ap. for 4 persons, 3-room ap. for 5 persons, 4-room ap. for 6 persons. Every extra person pays 40,00 Euros for the whole week.
