Prices for Winter 2019/2020 -GENERAL INFORMATION
The prices are in Euros per apartment for the number of nights indicated. For packages including ski passes, the price indicated is per person with a minimum occupation of 5 people in a 3-room apartment
Tourist tax:
1.20 Euros per person per day (from 14 y.o.)
Prices include:
• bed linen and towels;
• rent of the apartment;
• consumption of water, gas, electricity and heating;
• one parking space per apartment
Riduction for children (on the package prices):
CHILD born after 30.11.2010 - 50% discount
JUNIOR born after 30.11.2002 - 15% discount
Prices do not include:
• € 40.00 per week for each extra person
• Compulsory final cleaning charge: € 50.00 for two-room and three-room apartments; € 60.00 for three-room special and four-room apartments. This final cleaning does not include kitchenette, fridge and dishwasher. The Customer have to keep they clean (otherwise it will cost Euro 70,00 per apartment).
Confirmation:
Your reservation will be confirmed after the payment of a deposit of 40% on the total amount (to be made within 7 days after the confirmation).
Cancellation policies:
In case of cancellations made 30 days before the date of arrival, the amount of the deposit can be used as a discount on the price of a subsequent holiday (of the same lenght of stay) to be taken within the current year. The deposit is not refunded in case of cancellations made after this date.
In case of early departure, you will be charged for all nights not used.
Payment:
For the overnights payment we accept payment in cash (up to 2.999 €). It's possible to use ATM cards and credit cards (except for American Express).
