BEAUTY TREATMENTS
The beauty spa is open every day from 2.30 to 7.30 p.m. We recommend you to book your appointments before your arrival, directly on our website or by writing us an e-mail to info@hotelmonteginer.com. In case of cancellation in the 24 hours before the treatment, we need to charge 50% of the treatment cost. In case of late arrival, we need to charge 100% of the cost. The prices are per person.

BOOKING CANCELLATION
In case of cancellations made 30 days before the date of arrival, the amount of the deposit can be used as a discount on the price of a subsequent holiday (of the same lenght of stay) to be taken within the current year. The deposit is not refunded in case of cancellations made after this date.
In case of early departure or postponed arrival, the whole stay will be charged.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Once you have paid a deposit of 30% of the total price, your booking is confirmed (to be paid within 7 days after the confirmation).

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check in is possible after 3 p.m. We kinldy ask you to let us know if you arrive after 8 p.m. Check out is possible within 10 a.m. In case of early departure, we cannot reimburse you for your remaining holidays.

PAYMENT
For the overnights payment we accept payment in cash (up to 999 €). It's possible to use ATM cards and credit cards (except for American Express).

PETS
Pets are not allowed in Hotel, but you can take your four-legged friends with you and stay in our apartments located next to the Hotel. However, please understand that pets are not allowed in the common areas.

POOL
The pool is open every day from 8 a.m. until 7.30 p.m. If you are visiting with your children, please make sure to supervise them whenever they are in the pool area.

RESTAURANT
Breakfast: from 7.30 to 9.30 a.m.
Afternoon buffet: from 3.30 to 5 p.m.
Dinner: it is possible to start between 7 and 8.30 p.m.

SMOKERS
Our Hotel is completely non-smoking.
|
SPA
The hotel spa is open every day from 2.30 to 7.30 p.m. The saunas and the relaxation area are reserved for adult guests (16+) only.

TOURIST TAX
The tourist tax is € 2,50/day/person (from 14 years old)
